Plastering is a functional skill that enhances the durability and living comfort of buildings.
Plastering is a highly skilled profession that takes approximately 10 years to become a full-fledged plasterer.
Plastering is an indispensable part of building construction, and because it is an occupation that cannot be digitized, it is needed throughout one’s life.
Although the paints used and the places where they are to be applied are at least determined, the design is left up to the individual craftsman.
It may appear to be a simple job, but the skills and appeal of this craftsmanship are profoundly deep, rewarding, and promising.

日 給 左官職人12,000～15,000円左官職人見習い 10,000～11,000円
給与体系 昇給あり 前払い/週払い有り
各種手当 残業手当・扶養手当・・燃料手当・有給制度・運転手当・各作業手当
入社祝い金有り・住宅支度金有り（※地方からの入社に限り）・他手当有り
